HPAC information
Students: New deadline is March 1 at 5:00pm. Submit all completed forms to prehealth_education@tamucc.edu. All forms must be completely filled ou t and signed:
- Three TMDSAS essays
- Resume (updated)
- HPAC Authorization and Personal Information Sheet
- HPAC Assessment Questionnaire (Deadline is March 1st, not Feb. 14th)
- Timeline for 2024
- If you are a re-applicant through HPAC, you must complete the HPAC Update Form.
- Professional Photo (headshot)
Students and their Letter-Writers:
