The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi is proud
to host the 42nd Texas Differential Equations Conference.
The annual Texas Differential Equations Conference brings together researchers working on
partial differential equations and other related topics. The Texas DE was originally presented in
a seminar format organized by Professors Charles Radin and Ralph Showalter at the University
of Texas in 1978.
The conference maintains a strong democratic tradition: there are no principal speakers, all
talks are allocated the same length of time and there is no cost to present. The intent of the
Texas DE Conference is to encourage participation by young faculty and graduate students.
The conference will be held Saturday, March 30 – Sunday, March 31, 2019 on the Island
campus of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
