STEM-Tronics camp gives the opportunity to learn and use state-of-the-art technologies that can be combined to create different Electrical Engineering projects related to Automation, Mechatronics, Wearables and Robotics (for example, LED clothing, fire and car alarm systems, wireless communication networks, sound reactive systems, music devices, mini robots, GPS tracker, etc.). Students will learn to assemble each of the electrical components and make the systems work properly.

NOTE: STEM-Tronics I and STEM-Tronics II contains different material and activities.
This camp is for students going into 6th, 7th, 8th, or 9th grade in the 2019-2020 school year.
Program FeesThere is a $25 non-refundable application fee due upon acceptance to the camp.
Upon acceptance to the camp, the applicant and his/her parent/guardian will be required to complete and submit additional documents required by Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi and the Texas A&M University System including, but not limited to, a Photo/Media release, Waiver, Indemnification, Assumption of Risk and Medical Treatment Authorization, Medical Emergency and Consent for Treatment.
